Our Health and Safety Policy 

Parenting Journeys OT endeavours to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases and promote health within the clinic space of Parenting Journeys OT. As part of our duty of care to you, our staff and all the families we work with, all families will be screened before each session to ensure that all attendees are healthy and free of illness.

We understand that we cannot control the times that our child becomes unwell. If this does happen, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment for a free cancellation. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the session. If any attendees present to the session unwell, the session will be cancelled or ended early, and the full cost of the session will be applied.
